Well it seems FOX doesn't want their rights to revert back to Marvel, so they're making another movie out of the shittiest superhero group around.

It also means they also won't be able to cross over into any other Marvel franchise besides X-Men (also owned by FOX).

On the plus side, it doesn't look like complete garbage this time around.

Fantastic Four never excited me...

The trailer looked pretty good, but I can't help but be apprehensive about it.

My favourite part of this is that Marvel actually cancelled the entire Fantastic Four comic line to punish FOX.

Nobody really cared anyway because the comic line was also doing pretty badly.

Never liked the Fantastic Four, so that may have been why I was pretty underwhelmed by the trailer.

This looks ridiculoudly GRIMDARK

SO GRIMDARK becuase they thought GRIMDARK Batman and GRIMDARK Superman (Man of Steel) worked so well

SURELY this GRIMDARK rendtion of Fantastic F4UR would make them money in their cunt holes

The only redeeming thing from thing whole thing is Kate Mara's boobs.

Not to objectify her, but I don't care about anything except her boobs right now. I'd be quite happy for her to prove me wrong. Fuck you and get off your high horse, I know i'm a horrible cunt.

Every time I see The Thing, my mind can't help but scream "WHYYYYY?!!!!"

And don't get me started on Mister Fantastic, he makes elasticity powers look so freaking lame and I honestly cannot forgive the writers for committing such a gross injustice.

This is out this week, I still haven't seen Ant Man!

No ratings on IMDB/RT yet, will have to keep an eye on it.

I saw this movie last Saturday without reading any reviews prior to attendance.

I enjoyed it. It was predictable (it was always going to be), but enjoyable.

Far better than the previous fantastic four movie they did (lets face it, that thing was horrible).

I really don't understand why the critics are hammering it so bad, I've seen far worse movies that got much better reviews.

TLDR: Grain of salt, it was decent.

My criticism is solely related to the studios not needing to start again, same issue with Spider-Man. They should have just made a sequel with new people and not worried about cast changes. We know who they are, and we know they aren't the most exciting heroes, so why would we want to see the same story again?
