Yeah it's definitely on my to do list. Will have to buy a warming plate/belt if I start when it's this bloody cold though.

I've still got about 6L of the mead left in storage for ageing which is about 15% alcohol but is still nice and smooth and sweet.

I'd also like to try make some of the lower percentage mead I had in Stockholm that you drank like water, that stuff was delicious.
