Apologies for not including the last round (Wild Card Weekend) but I figured with 8 teams out of 32 remaining for the Championship I should update those that may be interested. After a grueling season, 7 of the top 8 records remain in contention with only 3 weeks of football left. This is the current playoff picture.

Within the NFL there are white-collar teams and blue-collar teams. Granted, there is a salary cap, so all teams are created equal but what defines each teams and who their fans are still follow those white/blue collar lines. This map represents their location in the US as well as blue=blue collar, red = white collar, and purple= both.

My team, as you all should know, is the Green Bay Packers because they are from my home state; so I have a clear bias. You can and should root for any team you want because deep down I look forward to great football second only to my team winning a championship. For more information about the individual match-ups for this upcoming weekend here are the links in order of game time. Two of these games will be played on Saturday late night into Sunday morning and the other two will be Sunday late night into Monday morning depending on your location.

I will like to see New England make it, see how we go, haven’t seen many games this season, only the odd one here and there. I will be watching the Superbowl for sure but, might even go tot he pub if they are playing it.

One HD has been pretty good for playing NFL this season, I've managed to watch almost the entire thing. Don't much care for Denver or Baltimore, but I'll go the Broncos. Green Bay for sure, Patriots as well. I'll choose between Seattle and Atlanta once I've seen the uniforms.

I just recently finished watching the first season of Friday Night Lights (excellent series, thoroughly recommend) which makes me want to watch an actual game of this.

The game looks pretty darn uninteresting to me, but the passion with which those fictional characters talk about it really has me quite curious.

I think we should watch the Superbowl we planned to watch last year, tonight, with copious amounts of booze.

One of the nice things that the pads add is the ability to put a microphone on the players. These are the sights and sounds of the first week of the playoffs.

First game starts in 5 and 1/2 hours. If you are going to watch football, this is the week to do it. You can go to http://www.thefirstrow.eu/sport/american-football.html for live streaming games if you just ignore and close the pop-up ads

I might stay up when I get home and watch this. Feel free to jump on vent Beefy, you can explain all the rules to me again.

just a heads up, there is a second game on, that is apparently free on tv in australia, that starts about 30 minutes after the end of the first gane

Eat a dickmore than you already do, that muffed punt totally changed the complexion of the game.….the word on the street is that our D coordinator is on the chopping block.

I`ll come to terms with this loss later but right now I wanna go punch things

That said HOLY SHIT WAS THE RAVENS v BRONCOS GAME AMAZING. I fully support the Ray Lewis farewell tour

I fell asleep on the couch towards the end of the Ravens/Broncos game. I can't believe Baltimore won, Denver was playing a much better game (in the first half atleast..).
