So anyways I want to get back down to around 60kg toned again, I was 71kg around October and decided I needed to get back in shape and dropped down to 65kg. I managed this in 4 weeks just by daily running to and from the station with a change of meal intake (Could eat like a horse).
Just wondering what exercises should I be doing to tone back up considering I have had 10 dislocations in my right shoulder alone (almost 0 ligament left in the joint with 13% bone loss). I don't want the exercises to strain my shoulders too much while toning up my mid to upper body.
I have had knee injuries in the past from soccer, which limits the length I can run before the actual pain becomes excruciating.
Note: I get my shoulder reconstruction around mid this year, yay!
